Shipping & Delivery (Australia Post)
We ship live Nepenthes within Australia using Australia Post with tracking. Orders are packed carefully to protect plants in transit, and we may delay dispatch during extreme heat to reduce stress and damage.
How much is shipping, and which Australia Post service do you use?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on parcel size/weight and destination. We typically use Australia Post Parcel Post (Standard) or Express Post where available. Tracking is included on dispatched orders.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment (excluding weekends/public holidays). We usually dispatch Mon–Wed to avoid parcels sitting over the weekend where possible.
How do you pack live Nepenthes safely?
Plants are secured to prevent movement, protected around growth points, and packed to maintain safe moisture levels during transit. Packaging is designed to reduce crushing and temperature shock.
What if my plant arrives damaged or there is a delivery delay?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with clear photos within 2 hours of delivery (box + packaging + plant). We’ll assess and provide a solution. Delivery delays can happen; we always recommend tracking and collecting promptly once delivered.
