Every plant is prepared with the goal of arriving in strong condition and bouncing back quickly. Before dispatch, we check overall health, growth points, moisture balance, and suitability for the current season. We prioritise stable, well-established plants and share practical care guidance to help you grow bigger, better pitchers over time.
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, with tracking where available. We aim to dispatch on weekdays (often Mon–Wed when possible) to reduce weekend delays. Packing is designed around three principles: secure, cushioned, and moisture-safe—minimising movement, crushing risk, and stress during transit.
